Poor for TPs this morning. 774 with brief single fadeup of DU audio,
poor/weak level, 1218 utc; 891 lasting longer, 1223-1233, but same poor/weak
level (DU audio).
LWBC also poor, 153, 180, 279 Far East Russia, poor levels all briefly 1205
utc.
