At the dials for all of about 10 minutes across 1200UTC. Not nearly as lively as yesterday, but a couple of odd ones there.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 279 faded up nicely on the 1.5m square ALA100; this one seemed to have gotten out this morning. Pretty unusual here at this time of year not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: none Burbles in the splatter and noise: 567 seemed to be DU, best on W. Flag, not much there on the northerly one, 774 NHK2 likely per direction. Direction finding seems to be hit and miss at this time of year, especially on the Asians. Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1098 DU; 1287 also best on the west Flag, and couldn't hear well enough to DF on the box loop; could have been DU?? though seems unlikely, judging by the powers of the DU stations listed? best wishes, Nick ***************************** Nick Hall-Patch Victoria, BC Canada _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
