Well, I just made an estimated guess. In some, not all cases, a buyer has a Time Brokerage Agreement in place thats in the Sales Contract but I didn't see one. And without a Time Brokerage Agreement in place, it's highly unlikely KDUN will come back on untiul the Transfer of control is approved by the FCC and consumated by both parties. The power bill with that 50KW Transmitter is what caused it's downfall and why KDUN went silent, the owner could afford the electric bills.
The Transfer of control could take less then 60 to 90 days, it could also take longer.
