Hi. As far as the smallest licensed radio station, how about KPPC,
Pasadena? It is off the air now, but used to be at the Pasadena
Presbyterian Church.

sell Hi-Fi sets. The store was located in a shopping center on the corner
of Brookhust and Chapman and the 200 foot tower was located in the
shopping center parking lot, with a 2 bay horizontal only FM antenna
mounted near the top. Stereo but no SCA channels. The good ole days.
