Today I received a card from Radio China International for their broadcast on KCEO-1000 Vista, CA. They listed the frequency and site as San Diego (that's what's on their schedule and that's their target area). They also sent a second card with a note from Ying Lian, English Service. MW #188 and San Diego county #10. I only need 2 more in San Diego county, KSON-1240 San Diego and KKSM-1320 Oceanside.
