Will put the 1600 Weed HAR as a tentative reception. Hearing the ringing phone brought back memories of the 60's TV show "One Step Beyond" with John Newland. On the tape I hear a NOAA broadcast for Oregon, this is probably Gresham, OR. Have heard them in the past play about 2 minutes of NOAA during their programming.
