Seems to me that I read where Ventura & Santa Paula have made another
format switch. So suspect that spanish language music is back on 1590
from Ventura.

While listening to KMBD 1590 Tillamook, OR yesterday morning
around at 8:00 am, noticed a Spanish station underneath them.
I thought it might be KLFE Seattle, but their web page had Russian
listed.
Noticed that KPNW 1120 is in stronger than normal this afternoon,
signal fades every now and then. Peaks at S-7. Not as strong as KUGN 590
which is a steady S-9. Band seems to have more noise than nornmal.
