Hmm, I was in Colorado Tue-Fri nights (Pueblo and Ouray) and didn't hear IBOC slop on 1610 (just regular slop!). I'd guess that SLC might be the prime suspect, though it seemed a lot of Denver and Colorado Springs stations were running IBOC...
