My observations are courtesy of Perseus SDR between 11:45 and 12:15:

I was about to check Nick's 1116, but realized that I had inadvertently set
Perseus with a center frequency of 530 rather than 930, so I can't go any
higher than 930 for this morning's logging....darn! 612 was there before 12:00
with music. Much better at 12:01 with English news (ABC). ABC ID at 12:09:55
at even better level. ID I think at 12:10:15. Nick is correct about the
enhancement after 12:00.

774 audio in at 11:50 only. I then lost it until 12:02 as Nick mentions.
Still a struggle. DU, though. Gone quickly after with a barely there fade up
at 12:13 or so.

567 there at 11:45 with weak audio. EZL music at 11:49 at a 7 level. Same
modern (American sounding) music at 11:55. Playing around with the notch, I
found it effective to a degree to knock out some of the splatter from 570.
Unable to hear an ID at 12:00, though. Faded down for a bit, and then
reappeared weakly around 12:10. Much better at 12:13 with oldies (a male
vocal). Wonder who this would be?

702 nice audio at 11:52 (well kind of nice....a better 7 than anything else
I've heard up to now, but certainly not armchair! Started to drop again way
down at 11:55. Nothing at 12:00. Finally recovered again at 12:12, but only
to a 6 level.

738 showed a nice spike at 11:45, but no obvious modulation....I think this is
most likely Tahiti, since they always have poor modulation despite a nice
carrier. Nothing further developed.

756 had almost audio a few times, but nothing developed.

Nothing but a het on 765.

639 had definite weak audio from 11:45 tune-in, and possibly more than one
station there. Of course, Fiji is what's normally heard here. At 11:54
hearing nice Islands type music, so I'm assuming this is Fiji. Guitar in any
case.

819 again immediate audio (seemingly piano EZL music) at 11:45 with lots of 820
splatter. Never amounted to anything more. ?NZ perhaps.

That's it for my review of the lower half of the spectrum. Perseus is sure
a lot of fun! ...........Walt.
