No. no. no. No. > (Two of my DX quality radios have RCs, though happily neither of these are > yet at this stage . . . ) Contact cleaner is a really bad idea - I find that my mother-in-laws remotes get gummed up with something I call "primordial ooze" -- do not know how it gets there. I kid you not: Soap and water on the contact pad (made of rubber generally) and a wipe of the contacts with some soft tissue and soapy water.
