Hello Pat,Bill, About C-ISL("Sea Isle-", Richmond,BC is located on an island in
the Fraser delta south of Vancouver) 650,they might not change pattern at night
but they do cut power down from 10KW to 9 after sunset.Not much of a drop but
it's enough to loose their steady signal here in
