Ah, Willis is probably 100 percent correct! What you heard was the syndicated Timeless Favorites satelitte delivered music format from ABC Radio.
WJES originally ran it's own "Carolina Hits" format, then began simulcasting WCRS. I *think* WJES still might run it's own format 6am to 12noon before it joins up with WCRS for Rush Limbaugh at 12noon, then Timeless Favorites the rest of the day.
