Another early morning start, so was able to listen from about 1145 to 1230UT. Not much Asia here this morning, the only one with correct direction was 1287.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): none not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 567 NZ at 1203UT; 1116 at 1156UT, this must have good modulation strength, as it can deliver audio with quite a low level carrier. Burbles in the splatter and noise: 675 at 1227UT; 702 at 1217; 756 at 1210UT //567; 765 at 1201; 774 at 1202, seemed DU; 792 at 1212UT; 963; 1287 (likely Japan per loop, and reception on N. Flag); 1512 at 1222UT Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 648, 657, 738 very strong; 819, 918, 927, 1008, 1017 quite strong at times, Tonga left the transmitter on after s/off?; 1098, 1548 best wishes, Nick ***************************** Nick Hall-Patch Victoria, BC Canada _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
