If they are that gutsy, brazen or stupid(?), maybe they would agree to a
DX test?  "Say friends, it's the DX test-a-thon, we need to raise money
and raise it fast."

Here's a trippy story out of West Michigan - four years after its 
license was deleted, WOLY is still on the air, and the FCC can't seem to

do much about it thus far:
