A friend of mine recently gave me a radio I can't seem to find anywhere on
the Internet. It's a Delmonico Nivico AM/FM with a Record Player. It's not
quite a tabletop model, nor is it a console model. I saw something about a
consolette somewhere, but the site really didn't have any information. It's a
couple of feet high with four legs, and it's light brown in color. I can't see
a model number right now so I guess I might have to take off the back to see if
I can find one. Feel free to write if you know anything about this one.
I also saw a tabletop model at a store on Tybee Island, GA the other day.
I thought I could remember the name so I didn't write it down. And, of course,
I promptly forgot it on the ride back home. Salba or Salda perhaps? It was a
nice wooden radio with SW and they wanted $500.00 for it. Just a long shot, but
I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.
