I say write your congressperson and support it! Can you imagine
having no
locals or semi-locals to contend with, and therefore doing nothing but
international DXing? We would all have several South Americal
stations
the first night!
Will these stations on 5 and 6 transmit an FM signal? There will be
some nice daytime skip if they did that.
