Strong signal, with rapid fading. ID- "AM860, WOAY" with a short WX report.
It will 56 degrees overnight temp. Faded as quickly as it appeared. QRM from
CJBC in French. [WM-TN]

P.S. I have TA hets on the upper portion of the band. 1521 has a moderate
