Was the poorest AM of the last week or so, but there was still some
good Asian audio. As usual right now, Japan seemed favored, but not
by much. The pattern of enhancement seemed different this AM, with no
early boost on Asians and then a falling away about 10 or 15 minutes
before dawn (the pattern for this August). This was a typical,
straight forward dawn enhancement, with best stuff starting about
1300 (LSR about 1325) and continuing until almost dawn.
Gary DeBock has his flock of ULRs down at Grayland and I'm glad that
there was at least some stuff for him. Here is the audio that I heard
(threshold 6s unless noted)

Dennis, the JJs seem at normal strength to me, though they still vary
more than in mid-September... If anything, they seem stronger than
usual for late August. 828 doesn't seem to be doing quite as well as
usual, when compared to 747 and 774, but some of the NHK1s down at
the bottom seem to be in more than ever before, so..........
