855. 891 (5AN) rose briefly to weak/7 level at 1339 utc.
Far East Russian LWBC weak to medium, all 5 freqs (153, 180, 189, 234, 279),
around 1225 utc.

It was an average morning here without anything special, just the
powerhouse Japanese and a few others (657-NK and 648-VOR) having much
audio. A
surprise was a late peak on 675 kHz at 1327, coming up to audio on both
the
modified ICF-2010 and the modified E100 Ultralight. The audio sounded
more like
Mandarin CC, but really too weak to pull out any words. Maybe tomorrow,
propagation will cooperate better?
