Man speaking in possible Arabic (not quite sure). Only other TA audio noted was
from Spain (a few) & possibly France (on 1206). At least 20dB weaker than the
very strong WLS. Using Eton E1 USB mode, no sync, 2.3 KHz filter (with pass
band tuning set to -0.5 KHz?!) + 8" Quantum loop. Believe this is the first
time ever that I heard audio on 891. Time for a more complete TA scan. 73,
