Followup on this.. Still off right now. I had noticed the audio was still at the 5KHz limit at first, but now it's at the full 10KHz range and sounds quite good. So, either they are on a backup transmitter (probable) or they've decided to drop IBOC and go back to good sounding audio again (wishful thinking).
