Noticed a new HARs station in the area of highway 97 on the Columbia river. The deck is being replaced on the Biggs Bridge that crosses the Columbia river. The bridge is located about 12 miles South of Goldendale, WA. The signal gets out really good, and will be around thru the summer of 2009. Call letters are WPUL 479 and the frequency is 1610 kHz.
