Yes, the 1550 you heard was WAZX. If you googled WAZX 1550, the first result that shows up is http://www.radiolaquebuena.com/ but their site doesn't work. Two of Radio La Que Buena's stations, WCOC 1010 Dora, AL and another are silent. WCOC is silent due to financial reasons, and thats why I suspect the others were silent as well. However, WAZX was never reported on the FCC's SIlent Station list, but WCOC was. Once reported back on the air, it can take anywhere between 2 weeks and about 6 weeks to come fof the silent list, depending on when the list is updated (2 a month) in correlaiton to when the report of reusming operations was made.
