Unlike Dennis, I saw a bounceback of condtions here. Not quite as good
as the 23rd but certainly much better than the past 3 days. Heard

China: 945, 981, 1044, 1593
S. Korea: 711, 972, 1566
N. Korea: 819 (and traces on 855)
Russia: 648 (doing very well at times)
Thailand: 1575

Nothing new, but an interesting morning regardless.
