Not very good today. Usually DU on 891 is heard at fair to decent level for
awhile, but only a couple of brief fadeups today. 774 JJ at 1402 utc, then
891 with a mix of Asian and DU, shifting to DU.
LWBC had 279 Radio Rossii at weak level at 1244 check then again at 1354 utc
check.
