Birach leases the station out to WWGE 1400 in Loretto, so you'd be better off contacting WWGE than Birach himself.

More to the point, here's what that "CBS Radio Networks, Channel 44" is all about - it's usually stuck automation. In this case, it was probably from the Monday Night Football game, which was indeed carried on Westwood One, which is distributed by CBS Radio Networks from their master control in NYC.

If the station doesn't go back to its regular programming after the game, and gets stuck on the channel that was feeding the football game, it ends up broadcasting...yup, the "CBS Radio Networks, Channel 44" sounder over and over again.

I don't see an indication on WWGE's website that WWGE/WKGE carries MNF, but it may well have been them.
