I'm 90% sure the RNE-1 on 621 kHz heard just now is from the Canary Islands and not Spain. Very good signal 2246-2300 UTC with discussion in Spanish between 2 women & 1 man. ID at 2300 "Radio Nacional de Espana, Informativos." No trace of the big guns from Spain (585, 639, etc) nor anywhre else in Europe noted at this time but several from Morocco and Algeria.
