As others have reported, a much better morning than yesterday. I listened between 13:58 and 14:48 (well after dawn) and heard audio from Top (well almost....nothing on the X-band) to bottom. Here are my results, with "6" unless otherwise noted. Minimal if any DU activity today, and I agree that HLAZ was rather anemic today, compared to VOA which boomed in:
189 and 279: 8 level SQM: 7.5 531 558: 8 level either JJ or KK (going to have to learn how to tell the two apart easily) 567: NHK1 at 7 576 594: 9 level for JOAK 612: 7 EZL music at 14:16 ? Brisbane 639: Fiji but at 6 level at 14:17 648 657: North Korea at 8 666: JOBK at 8.5 level at 14:19 675: 7 level Vietnam 684, 702.1 (presumed N. Korea) 711: KBS1 at 7 719.95 at 6 738 747: 8 level NHK2 756, 765 774: NHK2 and prob DU at 9 level at 14:28 792 801: N. Korea // 3250 at 6 level 819: Prob N. Korea at 6 level 828: NHK2 at 9 level at 14:31 837, 846 873: NHK2 at 7.5 level 918 936: EZL mx at 14:34 at 8 level. Not sure who. 945: CNR1 at 9 level 954: JOKR at 9 level 14:35 963: CRI RR and cochannel (?) music at 8 level 972 981: CNR1 at 7 level. Splatter +++ 1098: strong OC but with some weak audio at 14:38 1107: 7 1116, 1134, 1143, 1152, 1224, 1242, 1269 1278 and 1287: 7 level 1296, 1314 1323: CRI RR at 14:36 at 6+ level 1404, 1422, 1485, 1494, 1503, 1548 1557: 8 level for WYFR at 14:46 1566: 7.5 to 8 level at 14:07. Poor later. 1575: 7.5 early, and 8 to 9 level later for VOA Thailand 1593: CNR1 at 14:48 at 8 level X-band: zilch with only poor carriers on 1611 and 1701. Also zilch on 1475.
