Much better conditions here. An early check had LWBC Radio Rossii on 153,
180, 189, 234, 279 with 189 and 279 at medium level 1235 utc. 209 very poor
Mongolia briefly 1256 utc with music. 828 Japan, weak 1239 utc.
Much later, 1566 with stirring instrumental music, apparently end of
program, 1429 utc, weak; 972 Asian; 891 DU with talk and pop music until
fade out starting at 1433 utc.
