Hi John,
Thanks for the report on HLKR-864 this morning. With KHHO-850's IBOC
silent, I also heard fairly strong Korean on 864 here on both the modified
2010 and E100, but didn't know if it was HLKR or Pyongyang.
Conditions did seem much improved, and 837 also had weak audio here on
the ICF-2010, apparently NHK1.
