Chris , KAZ & Jim,

I sent in a clip of 1215 to Real DX recorded at 2232 UTC Sunday and this was 
the response of (Dr, I believe) Walt Salminaw:

Also, Jim  nailed it down by matching the live audio with Voice Of Russia 
webstream and using Global Tuners.

So, a new country for me also.  Will have to check the book at home but I think 
it's #95 from the Cape.
