I'd have to rank this morning as one of the best of the season here in Alberta. For the first time I managed to note a carrier on every split channel from 531 to 1602, even on a few that are extremely rare (like 1161 - usually too much KSL, and 1476). The Japanese were doing well again today (with 1179 standing out among the second tier), but this time they were joined by the Chinese. Heard China on 639 (instead of Japan which I normally get there), 918, 981, 1017, 1044, 1089, 1206, and 1377. Some other items of note including a second station mixing with the regular Japanese on 1071, Japanese audio on 1008 (a tough channel with CBR on 1010), and some weak audio on 999 khz.
