Pete,
In general, KBS quit sending QSLs out some years ago.... and I
eventually gave up sending $$ and pleading letters. The only one
that I've gotten out of them in the last decade was the KBS Japanese
Service that QSLed me 2 years ago. I took a chance on that one
because it is an international rather than domestic service and
guessed right, for a change!
