For the most part tonight has been another case of early promise not
being fulfilled later in the evening. Croatia 1134 has been in and out
much of the evening, but it's been the only one at all consistent.
Several others have made fleeting appearances, including Sweden on 1179,
Germany on 1269, and presumed Moldova on 1548.
