Hi, it was 05:15 on11-28-08 and heard unassisted strong steady signal covering
het whisle with oriental male voice with slow talk for about 5 minutes with 740
and 750 fadeouts until it disappeared and did not return so looking at a list
of TPs in another post it must be Jap JOIB.I guess a good time to listen for
TPs is at around 0500.Did not notice any others that were audible,only some
hets.West coast reception was below normal for pre-sunrise skip.Bill in BC
