Sat on 1566 HLAZ again this morning; it faded up at 1530 utc and was a
poor/weak signal until 1546 when strong IBOC splatter severely reduced
intelligibility. HLAZ still there, just hard to hear now. Little else other
than MW hets; LWBC also poor.
