only late TA seems to be 1215 with poor audio occasionally, likely Absolute. 864 with a good carrier but no more.
As for TP, at 0615UT, R. Rossii on 234 quite good, considerably poorer on 189 and 279; 774 fair audio JJ talk, 747 struggling to deliver audio, good carriers on 567 and 1287.. Good luck with the RI test.
