I know the owner. They got in trouble a coulpe of years ago for doing
this...
Also, keep an ear on 1390 for WXTC out of Charleston, SC. They left it on
non-directional one night last week and were armchair-quality at times in SW
VA. Their format is old R&B oldies... Fairly easy to spot. 5KW Da-N.
