A bit of a step backward this morning, generally lower signal levels, but also
noticed what appeared to be some DU's trying to break through. Lower band
conditions were better than higher band ones for certain.

Listened from 1430 to 1520UT with a couple of stops by the radio thereafter.

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

594 JOAK, not nearly as consistent as yesterday. Also heard signs of something
else at 1502 which might have been DU?
774 JOUB
828 JOBB
(both 774 and 828 had good signals at 1540 s/off, pretty unpredictable earlier.
Both also had stations underneath at various times, seemed DU?)

reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash
or noise):

none

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
279 R. Rossii
747 JOIB
936 CC talk at 1542
972 presumed HLCA at 1441
1566 HLAZ at 1540UT. It's almost like they punch up the modulation at this
time, as it's generally when I finally hear audio these mornings.

Burbles in the splatter and noise:
558 HLQH //603 at 1544, but also heard earlier
567 JOIK //594 at 1501
603 various times, likely Korea
612 possibly DU at 1534
639 didn't seem //5030 and had more of a DU bearing. Fiji?
738 talk at 1543 seemed DU
855 likely N. Korea u/big hum on channel at various times
873 //774 at 1503UT
1008 at 1535UT
1287 JOHR likely at 1443UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1098
DU and 738 DU earlier

best wishes,

Nick
