Last night as I was checking out 1630, a station faded up with synthesized voice giving "the extended forecast for Northwest Ohio". It soon faded back down under KCJJ et al. A check of the FCC database shows that the only 1630 TIS stations in NW Ohio are three Ohio DOT stations in Toledo. Not sure if they would be carrying weather, though. This could also be a simulcast of a NOAA VHF weather station, which I think are licensed by the NTIA rather than the FCC, but a web search didn't turn up any mention of such a station. Anyone have more info on what station this might be?
