Martin,

Most likely, the 1490 you heard was simply an affiliate of Nova M.. but why
you heard local Phoenix ID's and not network stuff, I don't know.. and KNUV
probably has nothing to do with it other then supplying the programming.
However, if that station was carrying the NOVA M Programming legally (IE:
had a contract), then KNUV would know who they are

I suggest you simply go to the NOVA M Radio website at
http://www.novamradio.com and the KNUV Site at http://www.1190novam.com/ and
gather up email addresses from there, and simply ask what affiliate you may
have heard. Would be the quickest and easiest way for you.
