279 RUSSIA, 0657-0700. fair with pips on the TOH then
woman in Russia. S-3 - S-5 signal.
774 JAPAN, JOUB 0704 fair with a lot of splatter.
1287 JAPAN, JOHR? 0722 probably the station with near
threshold audio.
