Hi Powell, ???? You are correct about the sensitivity of the C.Crane SWP model.? When this model was first introduced in December of 2007, I ordered one of the first production models for review in the 2008 Shootout.? Unfortunately, the radio had a defective part in the RF board, which made the sensitivity awful (even after alignment).? Having no other model for comparison, I assumed it was a genetic defect, and it was so reported.
???? The recent modification craze made me take another look at this E100-like model, after the E100 was discontinued.?
