I monitored 1610 most of the way in the car last night between 6-7:15pm PST or so between Port Angeles and the Hood Canal Bridge and heard the Eastern Oregon NOAA station as well. Obviously that thing really gets out. I was looking for Anguilla and thought I had it in the form of a female preacher. However, it turned out to be the Kingston ferry TIS. It never quite dominated but it certainly carried a long way. Nothing was heard in the way of preaching or religious music.

Heard clearly on a new C.Crane SWP Slider unit here was a male- voiced sermon last night after 0800 UTC on 1610 kHz, dominant over the mix of the TIS
stations from Yakima, WA (WSDOT) and eastern Oregon (NOAA weather).
