I'm not sure if Kirk is on this list but I offer a big thanks to him and Kevin S. (IIRC) for letting us know about his e100+passive loop and Slider e-100 comparison article. Good work!
If you have not checked it out, go to http://www.dxer.ca/component/option,com_docman/task,doc_download/gid,211 /Itemid,77/ Kevin S.: I see that you compared a Slider e-100 with the Crate Loop but has anyone compared a totally bf e-100 with one (non-Slider) connected passively to the Crate Loop? I'd be interested in seeing that. I do have a Select-a-tenna (SAT). I got that in a box of junk at an Estate Auction almost 30 years ago. The box w/ the SAT cost me one whole dollar. I am going to dig out the SAT when I have a weak station that needs some help. Kevin - are you still offering up the Crate Loop Kit? Has anyone else except for Craig in Colorado built one? Thanks again. 73, Dave in Indy _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
