Hi Pete, In addition to the Anguilla-1610 beacon (confirmed with the 6090 kHz parallel), I have also heard a second music station mixing with the TIS jumble after local midnight.?It is definitely not the Anguilla beacon, and often competes with Anguilla, and the TIS jumble. This other station is apparently all music (seemingly R&B), and has never been heard to ID. Like you, I have no idea what it is.
