The DX Gods were fast asleep here, in spite of Bill's improved results over yesterday. Quick listens to the radio around 1320, 1350, 1420 and 1440UT yielded the following dullness:
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): not the remotest hope reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise): not when I was listening not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 774 and 828 Japanese barely made it to this level at 1350. 1575 peaked at this level, 1440UT Burbles in the splatter and noise: 594 JOAK? 747 JOIB? 972 big carrier and muted talk, likely HLCA 1134 at 1419; too weak for clues 1503 possibly //594 at 1441UT, if so, JOUK 1566 likely HLAZ at 1352, good carrier Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1206, 1287 best wishes, Nick ********** Nick Hall-Patch Victoria, BC Canada _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
