It turns out the "Cow Country" unID on 1450 is very likely KSEL in Portales,
NM. This is from DXer John Wilkins:

"Howdy Gents - Heard this morning at 0759:50 MDT, following a C&W song:
"KSEL-AM Portales, Clovis, West Texas, and Cannon," followed by a cow
mooing, then CNN News. Did not hear the "Cow Country" slogan but seems
obvious this is our unID."

Last time I heard KSEL they were all CNN News.

Nothing yet. I'll ask John if he found out anything. KLMX is main suspect.

Could this be KLMX 1450 Clayton, NM in the extreme NE corner of the

This one heard by me on Feb. 8 at 0955 EST with "For the high plains,
serving eastern New Mexico, this is 14-50 Cow Country" into Country
music.
And also heard by local DXer John Wilkins recently mentioning
"Albuquerque"
and same slogan. Anyone know who this is?
