A few blocks away, at 04:20, here are my results:  

594, 639, 693, 711 (on high side), 747, 774, 783, 837, 855 (weak audio), 864, 
873, 882, 909, 927, 936, 945, 981, 1026, 1053, 1089, 1107, 1116, 1134, 1143, 
1197, 1206, 1215 (weak audio), 1314, 1377, 1485, 1566, 1575, 1611 (pretty 
strong carrier...presumably Vatican), 
This bandscan took me until 04:34 UTC......Walt.
PS:  Seems to me that Nick does better than I do on the lower part of the band 
in general.
