It would be helpful if these distributors provided this info, Barry. I'm always going back to one of my old ARRL Handbooks for this, and could scan you a copy if required. A quick web search wasn't much help http://mystic-news.com/engine/download.php?id=20 seems like a rather complicated version of what you've got. http://www.lnl.com/howto/termination/bncs.htm looks a bit simpler.
